After more than two decades of successfully owning and operating bakeries, I made the decision to transition into a new career—one that allowed me to be more present for my child and prioritize my health. My journey took a transformative turn when I met Amanda Brewton, whose guidance opened the door to the world of Medicare.

I began by supporting and empowering agents through events and conferences designed to highlight their vital role in serving seniors. Inspired by the impact of this work, I became a licensed agent myself. My background as a business owner, baker, and business consultant—combined with years of experience supporting others—has uniquely prepared me to thrive in this new chapter as Director of Operations.

Today, I’m proud to be part of the Medicare Answers Now team, facing new challenges and opportunities with enthusiasm and heart. Outside of work, I cherish taking my daughter to her many dance classes and competitions, enjoy walks with my crazy dog, Kasserole, and find fulfillment in caring for my parents as they age.

As the Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Medicare Answers Now, Bri Dula works closely with CEO Amanda Brewton and Director of Operations Syndee Bergen to ensure the company runs seamlessly day to day. Bri plays a key role in managing office operations, supporting agents, and keeping projects on track across the organization.

With a background in education, Bri brings strong organizational, communication, and people skills to her work. She thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments and takes pride in creating structure and efficiency that help others succeed.

As a Cleveland, Ohio native, Bri enjoys exploring the Metroparks with her young son, discovering new coffee shops, cheering on Cleveland’s sports teams, and spending time with friends and family.

Driven, community-focused professional with a strong foundation in criminal justice, property management, and healthcare operations. I bring over 7 years of experience in law enforcement and school security, complemented by leadership roles in contracting and licensing within the Medicare sector.

Currently serving as Director of Contracting & Licensing at Medicare Answers Now, I also contribute part-time as an Assistant Property Manager and continue my long-standing service as an Auxiliary Police Officer in Maple Heights. My career reflects a deep commitment to public safety, operational excellence, and youth support—whether through school security, court services, or volunteer mentorship.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Central State University (GPA 3.94, Alpha Kappa Mu Honor Society) and am pursuing a Master at Tiffin University. Certified in OPOTA, CPR/BLS, and licensed to carry in Ohio, I’m equipped with both tactical and administrative skills—including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.

Outside of work, I am a proud mother of five who finds joy in hiking, bonfires, concerts, movies, and comedy shows. I am also a self-proclaimed snack addict, which I insist is a personality trait, not a phase.

The health insurance industry opened its door to me in 2016 after pausing a 10-year career in mortgage underwriting and raising my young daughter. I was invited to learn about Medicare from the ground up, obtaining my health license in 2017 to better support the business. I chose to use this knowledge to support a respected selling agent; using my skills in customer service, degree in education, and ethics to treat all seniors the way I would treat my own family. I created process flows and helped source and launch their agency management system, AgencyBloc.

This experience would prove priceless as I continued my Medicare education, jumping into any CE course offered by their colleague Amanda Brewton. I was fortunate to have the benefit of her leadership as she struck out as her own FMO, and our agency was one of the first to follow her. I followed her growth and was inspired by her vision for supporting agents to be senior advocates, educated and passionate about their needs.

In 2021 I was ready for further growth and had the privilege to be approached by Amanda for Medicare Answers Now to directly apply my skills supporting her downline. I have had the pleasure of witnessing the expansion, riding the waves of industry change, and continuing to support the team in many aspects of data management. I look forward to further opportunities growing my skill with Amanda and my team at the forefront of unprecedented industry change.

When my fingers aren’t flying capturing critical information for Medicare Answers Now, I’m helping my bright and beautiful teen daughter grow her independence, spending quality time with friends, reading for self-development or grabbing any chance to travel to wild and windy places for a hike.

As a dedicated Medicare insurance agent, I may be newer to the industry, but my passion for serving seniors is anything but. My mission is to help older adults feel confident and informed when choosing their healthcare coverage, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to enjoy their retirement years with peace of mind.
